Crazy Week

We've had some amazing online teaching miracles this week. Last Sunday we found someone and sent her to her local missionaries. She has already read until mosiah and has a baptism date for next month. We also have a friend that Sister MacKillop has been teaching for a while. This week he stopped smoking and fasted with us on Sunday, he is super excited to learn more and hopefully be put on bap date in the next couple of weeks! We are super excited to see their progress so keep Cindy and Robert in your prayers!
Sometimes living in Salt Lake is interesting...
There was a dude that showed up in the assembly hall with only socks and a thing around his waist on. Luckily the sisters pulled the panic pull so security came and threw a blanket on him. Apparently he was at crown burger a little bit before with only the socks on so we got lucky...
They also had to do a bomb sweep of the mission home because somehow a backpack got in there that wasn't any of ours. Luckily nothing actually happened but it was definitely an interesting time and I'm so grateful for security keeping us safe.
Highlight of the week was having a snowball fight with the construction workers over the wall. All the construction workers are like our older brothers and give us a hard time every time we see them. Jacobsen out here hiring the best fr fr
We got a lot of antis this week, it's kinda funny that people come to church grounds to try and convince us their religion is more correct than ours. Like we're a group of 150 young adult girls that gave up normal life for 18 months for the sole purpose of preaching the gospel. I'm all for freedom of religion, just because I believe in Jesus Christ and his atonement doesn't mean you have to but don't try to convince me otherwise on church grounds.
Something that I've been thinking about a lot is keeping an eternal perspective. There is nothing broken now that won't make sense in the future. It's so cool to think that through Christ we have that perspective.
